We are seeking a dedicated and passionate part-time barista to join our team. As a barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages and snacks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to company standards
- Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines and brewing equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee preparation and service areas
- Restock inventory and ensure proper storage of supplies
- Handle the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately
- Uphold health and safety standards at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility in work schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
